Patrick King - Head of Consumer Sales (Jamaica)
Effective August 3, 2005, Patrick (Paddy) King joined Digicel as Head of Consumer Sales reporting to the Chief Customer Relations Director. Patrick’s responsibilities embrace line control of the Dealer Channel, the new Merchandising function and the Recharge channel including all the work surrounding the growth of the electronic market in Jamaica and in the diaspora.

Brian Collins - Finance Director (Jamaica)
Brian Collins assumed the role of Finance Director for Digicel Jamaica January 1, 2006. Brian previously worked with the Irish Telecommunication Regulator where he held the position of Wholesale Financial Pricing Manager and was responsible for ensuring that companies meet their regulatory obligations and also defined Regulatory and Competition strategy for Telecommunications within Ireland with the aim of promoting competition and developing the telecoms market generally.

Richard Brown - Head of Network Development and Rollout (Jamaica)
In this new position Richard will have overall responsibility for the design and development of the Radio and Transmission Networks and Network Planning. He will also be responsible for the development and implementation of new technologies. In addition, he will be responsible for the rollout of new sites.

Rohan Pottinger - Technology Director (Jamaica)
Rohan’s career at Digicel is marked by successful progression. After joining the Team as a Senior Switch Engineer in September 2000, Rohan was quickly promoted to the position of Network Engineering and Support Manager. In April 2005, he was again promoted to the senior management position of Head of Technology and performed in that capacity up until his recent appointment as Technology Director.

Mrs. Lesline Chisholm joined the Digicel family as its Call Center Manager in July 2002. A year later, she advanced to the position of Customer Care Manager.

Cynthia Reid- Head of Human Resources (Jamaica)
In October 2006, Cynthia Reid was appointed to the position of Head of Human Resources to provide leadership and support to the Jamaica business. In that role, she has direct responsibility for the core HR activities including recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, manpower planning, succession planning and the HR information system.
