To user your mobile phone, it must have a frequency compatible with territory you’re heading to and your home operator must have a roaming agreement with Digicel.

Your mobile phone does not necessarily connect automatically to Digicel’s network. In this case, to use our network you may have to connect it manually. 

Simply switch on your mobile phone when you arrive in Jamaica! Your phone will automatically log on to a network. If you want enjoy our excellent GSM national coverage, you can select the Digicel’s network manually.

How to select manually Digicel’s network?

In case of selecting the network manually, you shall follow some steps – this procedure will vary according to your handset!
