2. What is a Digicel territory?

· This is a country that Digicel operates a network in. (See Appendix for list)

Example: Cayman, Trinidad, Barbados etc.

3. Why aren’t all Digicel Territories included in this Call the Caribbean promotion?

· Digicel continues to offer Bigger, better value on Caribbean calls. Our new Call the Caribbean promotion is gradually being introduced throughout our territories. Enjoy your Caribbean calls at this promotional $10 per minute rate.

4. Who can access this Call the Caribbean promotion?

· ALL Digicel Customers (Postpaid and Prepaid).

5. Will corporate customers have access to the Call the Caribbean promotion?

· YES

· ALLDigicel customers including Corporate (Corporate CUG, Pan Caribbean, and Push to Talk etc.) are eligible for this promotion.

6. Will Dual account customers get these new reduced rates?

· YES

7. Will I need to register to benefit from this promotion?

· NO

· No registration is required.

8. What are the benefits of the Call the Caribbean promotion?

· Digicel Jamaica customers will be able to access reduced rates of $10 per min to call Digicel subscribers in select Digicel territories.

9. If I am roaming, will this promotion apply?

· NO

· Once you are roaming, the applicable roaming charges will apply.

10. If I call a non-Digicel customer in a country that Digicel operates, what will be the charge?

· The cost will be J$17.75 per minute.

Example: If you call a Cable & Wireless Cayman number, you will be charged J$17.75 per minute.

11. What is the cost to call Cuba?

· The cost to call Cuba remains at J$65 per minute.

12. What is the cost to send a SMS to a Digicel customer in another Digicel territory?

· The cost to send an International SMS remains at J$6 per message.

Note: Each SMS can be up to 160 characters long.

13. As a Postpaid customer how will this Call the Caribbean promotion affect my bundled minutes?

· Calls to Digicel territories will be deducted from a postpaid customer’s secondary bundled minutes (if available) and once exhausted then the customer is charged J$10 per minute.

14. As a Postpaid customer can I place calls to Digicel territories if my account is credit limit barred?

• NO

Note: Only exception would be in case of having minutes left in your allotted secondary bundled minutes.

15. As a Postpaid customer can I place calls to Digicel territories if I have not made payment for two bill cycles?

· NO

16. As a prepaid customer can I place calls to Digicel territories if I have no credit or no airtime?

· NO

· Credit and airtime are necessary to place calls.
