If the Package Fits, Get It
To determine which package best fits your needs, simply look at your calling pattern as follows and then choose between either the ACCESS or the BUNDLE packages:

  • The types of calls you make in a month
  • The number of calls you make in a month
  • The time spent on your calls for the month

Digicel Postpaid bundles are for you if most of your calls are to other Digicel users or fixed lines.

Bundled Minutes Includes Calls From Digicel to:

  • Other Digicel Mobiles
  • National Fixed Lines
  • Local landline numbers
  • Select international destinations


They are allocated on a month "use or lose" basis. Digicel Select Access is for you if you make a lot of calls outside the bundle offering.

Once you exceed the Bundled Minutes, make calls to any of the above listed numbers, or have chosen the Digicel Select Access package you will be charged as using the Digicel Postpaid prevailing rates.

 

Bill Payment Options

Paymaster

  • Customers may visit any of the 150 Paymaster Locations island wide to make a bill or deposit payment
  • Payments may be made using the telephone number or the subscriber number. The subscriber #  is located to the top right hand corner of  the monthly bill
  • Customers may also use the online payment option to make payments by visiting the website @ http://www.paymaster-online.net/ and completing the registration steps.
  • N.B. There are 26 Paymaster Locations that transfer payments hourly all other payments are transferred at the end of the day

Bill Express

  • There are approximately 240-260 Bill Express locations island wide that customers may make payments at
  • Payments may be made using the telephone number or the subscriber number. The subscriber #  is located to the top right hand corner of  your monthly bill
  • Payments are transferred once daily at the end of the day
  • Customers may also utilize the online payment option to make payments by visiting the website @ http://www.billexpressonline.com/ and completing the registration steps.

Jamaica National

  • There are 41 Jamaica National Payment locations island wide that customers may utilize
  • Payments may be made using the telephone number or the subscriber number. The subscriber #  is located to the top right hand corner of  your monthly bill
  • Payments are transferred once daily at the close of the day

Scotia & NCB Online

  • Scotia & NCB Online offers the opportunity for customers to make payments online with the telephone number
  • Payments are transferred once daily at the end of the day

Prime Trust 
  • Customers may visit any one of the two Prime Trust locations to make payments.
  • Prime Trust only accepts payments by cash and cheque only

 Points to note:
  • Customer needs to register or add the Digicel account with their online payment option to be able to make payments
  • Once the Digicel account is registered / added the customer selects that payment option from the payee list and enters the amount to be paid and update.
