1. Check your device: You need a 4G compatible mobile device & Digicel SIM. Use the ‘Device Compatibility Tool’ to check your device. Click Here:
2. Change your device settings: Ensure your device is set to 3G&2G or 4G&2G.
3. Choose a Data Plan: Dial the code for a Data Plan
- From your phone/smartphone dial *143*400# and press SEND OR
- From your BlackBerry dial *136*400# and press SEND
- Follow the Instruction to purchase a 4G Data
4. Restart your phone or do a battery-pull: Remove and replace the phone battery or power off your phone.
5. Go online: You will receive a confirmation text message that your plan has been activated, then start browsing.
