Credit U & Credit Me

Credit U is a service which allows you to share/transfer credit from your own Postpaid or Prepaid account to friends or family prepaid account by using your Digicel phone. You may transfer any amount between $15 and $3,000.  Each Credit U transfer sent costs $3.

It’s easy to use Credit U! Just follow the simple steps below:

1.     Dial *128*1876 the receiver's number * the amount you want to send # and press send
e.g *128*18761234567*200# (to send $200 to 1234567)

2.     Wait for the confirmation message

3.     Then dial *128*1# and press send to confirm or dial *128*2# and press send to cancel.

4.     Both sending/receiving users will receive a confirmation message

To check your account balance, please follow the instructions below:

1.       Dial *120#

2.       Then press “SEND”

3.       Check your phone screen for the current balance.

Both Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers can send credit with Credit U, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit this way.

Credit Me

You may also ask your friends to send you credit using Credit Me. Sending a Credit Me is quick and easy! Just follow the simple steps below.

1.     Dial *127*1876 the receiver's number * the amount you want to get # and press send
e.g *127*18767654321*200# (to ask for $200 from 7654321)

2.     The receiver will get a text message from your number asking you to send them some credit.

Only Digicel prepaid customers can request credit via Credit Me, account balance must be less than $3 to request credit. Customers may request credit from anyone with a mobile phone, anywhere in the world! If you can call the number you may also send them a Credit Me.
