Share your Digicel credit on your mobile with friends or family with a Digicel mobile.

1. Dial *128*1876 the receiver's number* the amount you want to send# and press send
   e.g *128*18761234567*175# (to send $175 to 1234567)

In that one simple step, credit is sent directly from your Digicel to any friend's or family's Digicel prepaid phone.
Both Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers can send credit with Credit U, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit this way.

CaribFlex
Add credit to your Digicel phone from the UK, USA, Canada and Cayman or send credit to friends and family in Jamaica using CaribFlex.

1. Visit any store where you see the  Caribflex sign
2. Give the Cashier the Digicel number that you want the credit to be sent to
3. Give the cashier the amount to be added
4. The credit is then automatically added to the Digicel number once the receipt is printed

Street flex
Street flex is the quick and convenient way of purchasing credit pon di corner. You can identify your street flex vendor easily by his bright red bib.
How do you get the credit? Just tell your neighborhood street flex vendor how much credit you want, pay him the money and the credit is sent directly to your phone, in seconds! It’s that easy.

direct FLEX 
This swipe card allows you the ease of adding credit. You can get them free of cost at select gas stations, supermarkets and pharmacies island wide. The distributor will need to register your card to your Digicel mobile number.

Adding credit using directFLEX

1. Pay the dealer the value of your desired voucher
2. Have the dealer swipe your DirectFLEX card
3. Check your account before leaving the dealer store by dialling *120#

Convenience in a card! Flexcards are readily available all around the island.

1. Scratch off the dark strip covering the vouchernumber with a coin
2. Dial from your mobile phone: *121* the voucher number and press #(e.g. *121*123456789#)
3. Then press "SEND"
4. Look at the phone screen for a message telling you whether the top up was successful.

To check your account balance:

1. Dial *120#
2. Then press “SEND"
3. Check your phone screen for your current balance.

webFLEX
The way to add credit online!

1. On your computer, enter www.digiceljamaica.com
2. Select "WebFlex" (to the top right of the page)
3. Enter your 7 digit Digicel mobile number then select"SUBMIT"
4. Select the credit value to be added and CONFIRM
5. Enter your credit card information then select "SUBMIT"
6. A receipt will be shown on the computer and text message sent to your phone to confirm delivery of the credit.

TeleFLEX
TeleFLEX is one of the newest digiflex products, which allows prepaid customers to top-up their accounts as well as the accounts of family and friends. This service allows customers to top up anytime and anywhere in Jamaica, providing they have an NCB account.

Here is how the service works:

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Customer dials 444-FLEX from your Digicel phone (IVR prompts customer to register, customer also has the option to register 5 additional mobile numbers to their bank a/c)
2. Set up payment account for service (current /saving)
3. Press Start at the fax tone.
4. Set up top up password (should be different from regular PIN)
5. Select option 9 and go directly to the top-up process

1. Enter 7 digit primary (main ) mobile number
2. Enter top-up password
3. Select phone number to be topped up (if additional numbers were registered)
4. Select the card denomination ($200, $300, $500 or $1,000)
5. Select account to be debited (savings or current)
6. A confirmation text will be sent and…
7. Your mobile account will be credited with the denomination selected.

Another First From Digicel Now Digicel subscribers can add credit to their phone from any NCB ATM machines. It is easy. Just insert your debit card in the machine and follow the instructions. The credit will go directly to your phone in seconds and you will receive an SMS indicating that the amount was credited.

PAYPOINT -EZTop

You can now buy Digicel Jamaica credit in over 15,000 UK stores where you see the yellow PayPoint sign. Just ask for a Digicel top up voucher and text the voucher number to your relative or friend back home.

1. Visit any Paypoint location in the U.K
   
2. Pay the cashier for the value of credit
   
3. You will receive a receipt with the voucher number
   
4. Text the voucher number or call your Friends and Family in Jamaica with the number so that they can add the credit
